The Triple Play Hotel reserves the right to rent to persons 21 and older with a valid ID.  Occassionally special arrangements can be made by speaking with hotel management.

Check in time is daily by 4 pm - but if a room is ready and clean sooner, we will gladly get you into your accommodations earlier!

Check out is noon - extended check out MAY be available  based on the numebr of guests checking in your day of departure.

We are pet friendly!  We charge a $10 per pet per night fee and you will be responsible for any damage done by your pet.  Pets are not permitted to be left in the room unattended therefore, if you are coming to play, it might be best to leave your pet at home.

No- they do not.  Effective May 14, all hotel rooms are rented a la cart- no passes - no packages BUT, you can still get the BEST disocunts to Triple Play being a hotel guest!! Inquire at the hote front desk!

Absolutely!  We do request decorations are only taped to the wall (no pins please) and that you refrain from glitter or confetti as they damage our housekeeping equipment.

We request you cancel your reservation as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to come visit us- but you can cancel up to 6 PM on your day of arrival with no penalty (as long as the reservation is made hotel direct)

ABSOLUTELY!  Even if you did not purchase a package, as a hotel guest you can still get discounted Triple Play and Raptor Reef Passes!

1 day Raptor Reef is $23

1 day Triple Play and Raptor Reef is $60.00

and 2 day Triple Play and Raptor Reef is $100.0

(some exclusions apply to passes and height and age requirements are in place)
